I was raised to believe that words matter and that your word is your bond. Those beliefs have shaped nearly 20 years spent helping leaders and organizations find their voice, tell their story, and mean every word. I am endlessly drawn to the leaders who harness language to move people. The coach who builds a culture, not just a roster. The visionary who brings others along. The executive who earns loyalty through shared purpose and a consistent, human voice.
Over the course of my career, I have led content strategy, executive speaker preparation, and learning design for the world's most accomplished leaders, where the stakes are high and the standards are higher. That includes senior executives, global leadership cohorts, and C-suite and org-level leaders across major organizations such as Amazon, Cargill, and Mayo Clinic. At Amazon, I designed and delivered multimodal learning programs and served as host and throughline for executive development reaching 4,500+ directors and vice presidents worldwide.
My early training came in three forms: a journalism degree taught me how to write, and an MBA taught me how to think like an owner. A teaching assignment in Kisumu, Kenya taught me something neither degree could: how to move across cultures with curiosity and humility, and what it means to show up in service of something larger than yourself. Together they are the bedrock of everything we build at Quaintrelle.
